Teacher Education Programme in Visual Arts/

How do we adapt creativity in the upper-secondary visual arts classroom to the Swedish National Agency for Education’s guidelines, while still keeping young people’s attention and desire to learn? How is what happens there, between the clear rules and the wild joy of creating, expressed?

In my degree project, I write about performance in combination with permission to be creative, and hear from a number of young voices on the matter. These young people dream and think big. Together, we have created a manifesto in which the future is full of creativity, dreams for the future and new ways to find the artistry which is at the core of the forces driving so many young people.

Hur anpassar vi kreativitet i gymnasiets bildsal efter Skolverkets ramar och bibehåller ungdomars lust och lust att lära? Hur uttrycks det som sker där, mellan de tydliga reglerna och den ostyriga skaparglädjen?

I mitt examensarbete skriver jag om prestation i kombination med att få vara kreativ och hör flera unga röster om saken. Och de unga drömmer och tänker stort. Tillsammans har vi skapat ett manifest där framtiden är full av kreativitet, framtidsdrömmar och nya vägar till att hitta skapandet, som står i centrum för så många ungas drivkraft.
