Master / Visual Culture & Learning – Visual Arts Education

The IBIS Master’s Programme in Visual Culture & Learning is represented this year by Gaia Mazzola, Charlotte “Lotta” Kvarnström and Mostyn de Beer. Gaia studied in the international specialised Nordic Visual Studies and Art Education (NoVA) programme, and Mostyn and Lotta in the specialised Visual Arts Education programme. Something that unites their three different courses of study is the interest in contemporary meaning-making in and through fine art and visual media, whether this concerns formal or informal learning.

IBIS masterprogram Visuell Kultur och lärande representeras i år av Gaia Mazzola, Charlotte ”Lotta” Kvarnström och Mostyn de Beer. Gaia har läst den internationella specialiseringen Nordic Visual Studies and Art Education (NoVA), Mostyn och Lotta har läst specialiseringen Bildpedagogik (Visual Arts Education). Något som förenar de tre olika studierna är intresset för vår samtids meningsskapande i och genom konst och visuella medier, vare sig det handlar om formellt eller informellt lärande.
