My degree project is an animated short film about questioning yourself as a creator and being questioned by others.
We are constantly faced with lots of choices, both big and small. Anything from choosing the ‘right’ tint for a painting to choosing an education or career.
When is the time to be open for criticism and when is the time to focus on my own voice?
Is my passion strong enough to overcome the anxiety and the doubts that constantly rest at the back of my mind?
Why do we put ourselves through this anxiety? How do we recover from rejection and disappointment?
There must be a way to rest in the feeling of uncertainty between the contrasts of inspired determination and the fear of being inadequate.

Mitt examensarbete är en animerad kortfilm som handlar om att ifrågasätta sig själv som kreatör och att bli ifrågasatt av sin omgivning.
Vi ställs konstant inför mängder av val, stora som små. Allt från att välja precis “rätt” färgnyans till en målning till att välja utbildning eller karriär.
När bör vi vara öppna för kritik och när bör vi fokusera på vår egen röst?
Är min passion tillräckligt stark för att övervinna ångesten och tvivlen som ständigt lurar bakom hörnet?
Varför utsätter vi oss för denna ångest? Hur går vi vidare efter avslag och besvikelser?
Det måste finnas ett sätt att vila i känslan av ovisshet mellan kontrasterna av inspirerad beslutsamhet och rädsla över att inte räcka till.
