Deep(ak) Learning: Choir of Eternal Growwwth™ consists of five automated thermal printers practicing self-awareness through artificially learned affirmations. Placed in a traditional choir formation, the printers perform a programmed piece where the timbre is based on the machines’ individual printing speed. The work is an attempt to disclose a critical perspective on the rising field of artificial intelligence by questioning the solutionist concept of progress and self-help as a neoliberal tool to collapse societal issues into personal troubles.

Deep(ak) Learning: Choir of Eternal Growwwth™ består av fem automatiserade kvittoskrivare som praktiserar självhjälp genom artificiellt inlärda affirmationer. Uppställda i traditionell körformation framför skrivarna ett inprogrammerat stycke där ljudet baseras på utskrifternas hastighet. Verket är ett försök till synliggörande av ett kritiskt perspektiv inom den växande AI-diskursen och ifrågasätter självhjälp som ett nyliberalt verktyg att förlägga samhälleliga problem på individen.
